By placing an order with UPAIRY LIMITED, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Shipping Policy, our Refund Policy, and Terms of Service. This Shipping Policy constitutes a binding agreement between you and UPAIRY LIMITED.

  • Jurisdiction: Governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where UPAIRY LIMITED is registered, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

  • Disputes: For U.S. customers, disputes may be resolved via binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Consumer Rules; for all others, per our Terms of Service

  • Eligibility: Customers must be 18 years or older to place an order


⏳ PROCESSING TIMES

  • Standard Orders: Processed within 1–3 business days

  • Peak Seasons: Processing may extend to 5 business days during holidays and major promotions

Business Days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.


🚚 SHIPPING TIMES BY REGION

  • USA: 4–7 business days (HI, AK, and military addresses may take 3–6 additional days)

  • UK, Europe, Australia: 4–8 business days

  • Canada: 4–8 business days

  • Rest of World: 5–10 business days

Note: Timeframes are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier-related delays.

FREE SHIPPING THRESHOLD

We have free shipping on all orders above $55USD or equivalent. This free shipping code cannot be combined with product discounts. The larger discount is always applied.


💰 DUTIES, TARIFFS & CUSTOMS

We cover all duties, tariffs, and import fees on your behalf to ensure a smooth delivery. Customers will not be charged additional fees upon delivery.

However, international customers acknowledge that:

  • Packages may be held by customs

  • Delivery timelines may be extended by regulatory processing


🔎 TRACKING & DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • Tracking Information: Sent via email within 24–48 hours of dispatch

  • Tracking Page: Accessible from the confirmation email

  • Carrier Updates: Real-time status available on our website and carrier websites

  • Delivery Confirmation: A package marked "Delivered" by the carrier is considered proof of delivery



❌ FAILED DELIVERY & ORDER CANCELLATION

  • Orders can be cancelled or updated within 6 hours of placement. After that, modifications may not be possible.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or absence of recipient:

    • Package will be returned to UPAIRY LIMITED at customer's expense

    • Reshipping costs and applicable duties will be deducted from any refund


📦 DELIVERY ISSUES

Missing Packages:

If tracking shows "Delivered" but the customer hasn’t received the item:

  1. Check all delivery locations (porch, mailbox, neighbors)

  2. Wait 24 hours – carriers may mark as delivered prematurely

  3. Contact Us at hello@upairy.com within 7 days of the delivery date

Documentation required:

  • Order number

  • Photos of delivery location

  • Signed affidavit (we will provide a form)

Damaged Packages:

  1. Photograph package before opening

  2. Document all damage

  3. Save original packaging

  4. Email hello@upairy.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order number

    • Photos of damage and packaging

    • Description of the issue



⚖️ LIABILITY LIMITATIONS & RISK ALLOCATION

Merchant Liability Limits

UPAIRY LIMITED’s liability is limited to:

  • Maximum: Purchase price of the ordered products

  • Exclusions: No liability for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages

  • Time Limit: Claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery

  • Proof: Claims must include sufficient evidence

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government interventions (customs holds, import bans)

  • Labor strikes or carrier disruptions

  • Civil unrest, terrorism, war

  • Technology failures or pandemic-related issues

Customer Risk Acknowledgments

By ordering, customers accept the risk of:

  • Customs seizure or return of packages

  • Additional international costs
