Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order or change the shipping address, it must be done within 6 hours of placing your order. If it exceeds 6 hours, then we MAY not be able to cancel or amend the order.
Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (UpAiry) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
On the basis that package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address being entered at checkout and is returned to the sender (UpAiry). The customer must cover the shipping cost to have this re-shipped to the correct address.
