How do I change my frequency, products, or delivery address?

It's all editable under Manage subscription in your account — set how often your gummies arrive, change your quantity, or update your delivery address. Changes apply to your next unshipped order.

How do I skip or pause my next shipment?

Open Manage subscription and choose Skip next order or Pause. Do it before your renewal date (shown on the subscription) and you won't be billed for that cycle.

When will I be billed?

How many pairs should I start with?

Will they leak or hold a full accident?

They hold a lot — parents often tell us their child can fully wee in them without leaks onto the floor or car seat.
